Registration Process:

December 1st  through January 15th – Campership Customers only register
End of Januaryst – Non-Campership Customers register (waitlist begins)


Camp PROGRAM Fees for 2017:

Pre-Day Camp (PK4 & 5)- $170 (9-1pm), $260 (9-3pm)

Day Camp – $260/$280 (1 week session), or $500/$540 (2 week sessions)


Teen Camp – (1 week) – $260/$280

Leader in Training – (2 week) – $530/$570

Advanced LIT – (2 Week) – $530/$570

Counselor in Training – (4 week) $400

Campership Customer camp fee/Non-Campership camp fee


Registration Fee:

A $45/child or $80/family registration fee is due with your deposit. The Registration Fee is only required once for any Creative Themes program used this year. (No refunds on Registration Fees)



$100 per child plus registration fee at the time of registration. $100 will be put toward camp fees.

Camp Discounts 2017:

Family discounts of 5% on two week sessions only.


Due Dates for Fees:

MAY 1 – June/July sessions
JUNE 1 – August sessions

Payment Options

Campers whose tuition fees are not paid at that time, will be put on a waiting list and may lose their spot at camp during that desired session.

Included in the camp fee is Friday lunch, lunch drink every day, arts and crafts, and all camp activities.

Any returned checks will be charged $30 fee.

Cancellations Policy:

Any cancellation by May 1st will receive full refund minus the registration fee. After May 1st, a 50% refund of camp fees will be issued; and after June 1st, a 50% credit of camp fees will be issued. Refunds for special circumstances will be determined by the directors. Please contact directors as soon as possible with any questions. (Registration fee is non-refundable at anytime.)


Extended Day Care Service:

Drop off, 7 to 8:30 am, AM Fun Club (Breakfast provided)                  $30/week per child; $7/day

Pick up, 3 to 6 pm, Afternoon Fun Club (Snack provided)                   $45/week per child; $10/day

  • Information to sign up for this service will be sent out in April. There will be information linked to your Campers account.
  • Payments for extended care services will be due at the start of each session the service is being used.
  • CT staff will sign all campers in and out of extended care.
  • There will be NO EXTENDED CARE SERVICES during the PCD-1  session (June 5-9)


Health History & Immunization Forms:

An online health history and immunization forms will be used this year. Please make sure to have it filled out and updated by May 1st 2017. All campers should have the required physical examination if entering grades K,1,3,7. All required shots must be up to date and included with the online form.

Camp Hours:

9:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday thru Friday.
Extended Day Care 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.


Pick up and Drop off:

Creative Themes Staff will be in the parking lot between 8:30 to 9:00 and 3:00 to 3:20, to assist in a safe and easy drop-off and pick-up.



Creative Themes will provide lunch on FRIDAYs. Friday will be pizza party. Children must bring their lunches Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. We will provide a cold drink everyday and a cool safe place to store lunches.(Children’s lunches should be able to fit in our large coolers. NO COOLERS for campers)


Personal Possessions:

Please, leave all valuables, including cell phones, Ipods, Game Boys and special toys at home. A towel, bathing suit, sneakers and a change of clothes are all that’s needed. Flip flops are fine for the pool area, but should not be primary footwear. On rainy or cold days, coats or sweatshirts may be needed. Mark your child’s name on the clothes. Many nice pieces of clothing are left at camp with no way to identify the owners.


Campers’ Behavior:

Campers are expected to respect and listen to the camp staff.

No taking of other campers’ stuff.

No fighting or bad language will be tolerated.

No destroying camp property.

Creative Themes Day Camp is licensed by Monroe County Health Department and is inspected twice yearly. This information can be obtained from the camp office or from the Health Dept.
